Fibersol-2 is a 90% minimum dry solid basis soluble dietary fiber and one of the most premium fiber sources available. Since Fibersol-2 is a low viscosity soluble dietary fiber it acts like a low-calorie bulk agent which can help to support or maintain intestinal regularity. That means that 90% of the administered Fibersol-2 reaches the large intestines and half of that is metabolized by intestinal bacteria.
